All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Ontario.  Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door. Rush options are available.

Once you place an order the system will automatically send you a order confirmation notice and subsequent emails will be sent to you during the entire process.

You may change the shipping address early in the stages of the order process if no label has been printed, this is usually within the first 8-12 hours of the order process.
